Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refund requests can be made at any time within this period.

Valid Reasons for Refund

  • The product does not function as described.
  • The plugin/theme is not compatible with your version of WordPress.
  • You have contacted our support team and the issue could not be resolved.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, or if more than 14 days have passed since purchase.

Exceptions

  • Refund requests made after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are not available if the plugin or theme has been modified or altered.
  • Refunds will not be granted due to feature requests or unmet personal expectations beyond what is listed in the product description.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please submit a support ticket via https://store.pelatform.com/support/. Be sure to include your invoice number to help us locate your purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of your request being accepted.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase. All refunds are returned in the form of monetary payment (not store credit).
